Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, a world-class eye care institution, in association with Veranda Race training students, organised a National Eye Donation Awareness Rally in Madurai.
The rally began at the Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital premises in Arappalayam and proceeded up to the Guru Theatre traffic signal before returning to and concluding at the hospital.
The rally was flagged off by Traffic Inspector Senthil Suresh and Dr. Badri Narayanan, Chief Medical Officer of Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, who jointly waved the flag to mark the beginning of the event.
Karimedu Traffic Police Sub-Inspector Santhanakumar, S.S. Colony Traffic Police Sub-Inspector Andavar, Karimedu Police Station Sub-Inspector Athiraja, Regional General Manager Srinivasan, Branch Manager Bhavani, and Rally Coordinator Thiruvettai were among those who participated in the event.
More than 100 people, including staff members of Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, Veranda Race training students and members of the public, took part in the awareness rally.
