Tamil Maanila Congress (TMC) will hold former Chief Minister Kamaraj's birthday conference in Erode on July 15 in grand scale, TMC State General Secretary and former MLA Vidyal Shekhar said in an interview to reporters in Erode today.
He said party President GK Vasan will preside over the function and all the leading leaders of the party attend the function. Earlier, a mega rally will be held from Kongu Kalaiarangam to the meeting venue near Thndal Velalar College, Erode. Vasan is following the footsteps of Kamaraj who created a principle of honesty, sincerity and humility in public life. Kamaraj's 112th birthday celebration is the victory of the party in the coming parliamentary elections.
TMC is in the ADMK and Bharatiya Janata Party front. Many new parties will join the alliance. There is no doubt that Prime Minister Modi, who has spread the pride and strength of India to the world, will be the Prime Minister for the third time. The National Democratic Alliance is likely to win a great victory. The first meeting of the major opposition parties was held in Bihar indicating the differences between Congress, Trinamul Congress and Aam Adhmi. So, no opposition parties front would emerge. Instead of criticizing the Governor always, the Chief Minister should pay attention to the Cauvery and Mehadatu problems etc and focus on the welfare of the people by establishing cordial relations with Governor.
He should relieve Minister Senthil Balaji from the cabinet to establish clean administration or demand his resignation to cooperate to the enforcement directorate. The Governor should also avoid speaking politics, he pleaded Party functionaries M Yuvaraja, Vijayakumar, Arumugam, Gauthaman and many others were present.
