Xiaomi Corporation has announced a major expansion of its Premium Service Centre network across India, launching in 15 new cities as part of its plan to establish 100 centres nationwide. The second phase includes new locations such as Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar, Vijayawada, and Amritsar, with Kolkata set to follow. By Q1 2026, all 15 centres will be operational, bringing the total to 25 centres across Phase 1 and Phase 2, strengthening Xiaomi’s focus on accessible, reliable, and seamless after-sales service.
Commenting on the expansion, Sudhin Mathur highlighted that strong customer response to the initial 10 centres in 2025 has driven this growth. Xiaomi’s Premium Service Centres are designed as holistic experience hubs offering faster repairs (with nearly 95% completed within 24 hours), dedicated technical expertise, product interaction zones, and added conveniences like standby devices. Initiatives such as “Xiaomi Days” every Wednesday and paperless service operations further enhance customer experience while promoting sustainability.
