Internship is regarded as an important tool to understand the nuances and dynamics of the corporate world. Nowadays, it is not just limited to fresh graduates but even professionals opt for it. To meet the growing demands of various businesses, the Adani Group is bringing young talent on board through its CADRE programme.
“I decided to do MBA because up skilling is important in today’s time,” says 27-year-old Aiswarya Donthi from Hyderabad, who has previously worked with Oracle Financial Services Software as a developer for five years, and recently joined Adani Cements. “So far, it’s been a great learning experience as the vertical I have joined is working towards building infrastructure in our rapidly developing country and there’s immense scope for growth. Moreover, the team has been very welcoming and gives us a fair chance to voice our opinions.”
“We have been bringing interns onboard for a while now. But in the light of growing business demands, we recently streamlined a robust internship programme that allows us to bring on board not just fresh graduates but also those with relevant work experience looking to expand their horizons,” says Rajiv Arora, Group Head, Talent and Leadership Development, Adani Group.
