A 10 km road traffic awareness cycle rally was held in Vatthalakundu, Dindigul district. Rotary Society President Dr. Satish Kumar presided over the rally on behalf of Vattalakundu Rotary Society New Generation, Indian Medical Society Vattalakundu Branch, Vattalakundu Traffic Police.
Secretary Dr. Murugesa Pandian, Treasurer Prakashraj, Rotary District Coordinator Najmuddin, Rotary District Deputy Governor Krishnamurthy Traffic Police Inspector Jai Singh Akiyoor took the lead. Chidambaram flagged off the rally.
200 students including students of First Step School, Mount Sion School, Pattiveeranpatti NSVV School participated in the rally. In the rally, 5-year-old school students from Chengulathu Patti rode 10 kilometers on small bicycles. Attended and attracted everyone's attention.
At Ayyampalayam The rally ended at the private palace where the students who took part in the rally were given sweets and soft drinks and the participating students and public were felicitated by the members of the Rotary Society of Doctors and the general public.
