A staggering 125% increase in job searches for Beauticians with an increase of 102% in openings. Engineers are also in high demand, experiencing a 78% surge in job searches, with a clear 93% increase in openings. Event Management positions saw a remarkable 120% increase in job searches and 159% openings, while Graphic Designers saw a 108% increase in job searches, with a 114% increase in openings. Furthermore, Technicians witnessed a significant 123% rise in job searches with an 86% increase in openings. Photographers also experienced an 81% increase in job searches, which translated to a 63% increase in openings, and Machine Operators had an 119% surge in job searches, creating a 103% jump in openings.

The surge in job searches and job openings is not confined to specific regions, but it's important to note that these trends are most pronounced in the top six cities of Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. These cities remain vibrant hubs for skilled employment, attracting job seekers from diverse backgrounds.
