“Celebrating the spirit of altruism, the 12th edition of the iVolunteer Awards stands as a testament to the power of collective goodwill. As we honour those who selflessly contribute to positive change, let us remember that every act of kindness ripples into a wave of impact, shaping a future where compassion and collaboration redefine the world we share.” - Shalabh Sahai, Co-Founder & Director, iVolunteer

“What started as a simple volunteer task 20 years ago to fill up a few hours of my week turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life.” Says Avula who spent over 1500 hours volunteering between 2022 and 2023.

“As per our CSR policy, we not only invest in the communities but also enable our employees, the larger knowledge base which we have with us to share our fortune, knowledge, and time for a great cause. We have created the concept of City Champions who are driving the employee volunteering program, where the employees take the ownership.”, states Sankara Mahalingam, Global Leader - Community Outreach of Firstsource.
