The Directorate of Distance Education, Madurai Kamaraj University, proudly announces the launch of its own new Admission Center in Theni. The center, located opposite to the Theni Old Bus Stand, was officially inaugurated today (19.06.2024)
Mr. K. Parthiban, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Theni District, inaugurated the Admission Center and ceremoniously disbursed admission cards to the students. The event was graced by esteemed guests including Syndicate Committee Member Prof. B . Mayilvaganan, Registrar Prof. M. Ramakrishnan, and Member Syndicate Prof. S.Kannan.
Dr. P. Muthupandi, Director of the Directorate of Distance Education, organized the inauguration function. The ceremony was attended by the Additional Controller of Examination, Dr. S. Saleema Rabiyath, Evening College Directors, Deputy Directors and Faculty Members of the Directorate of Distance Education, Administrative Staff, and Students.
The new Admission Center aims to facilitate the enrollment process for distance education programs, making higher education more accessible to students in Theni and surrounding areas.
