KG Group's Town and City Developers (TNCD) , one of Coimbatore’s leading real estate developers launched its latest resident project called United City at EllaiThottam Road, Peelamedu.
The project was launched by SanjanaVijayakumar, Co-Founder, Suresh Kumar, Senior Vice President, Joshua, Marketing Head,Town & City Developers on Thursday.

1 BHK starts at Rs. 29.99 lakhs, 2 BHK starts at Rs.48.99 lakhs and 3 BHK starts at Rs.64.99 lakhs. 90% loan facility and 80% loan facility for 1 BHK and 2 BHK respectively can be arranged by TNCD as it has tied up with 10 banks to provide loan support to customers. At present the interest rate is 8.4%.
Middle Class and IT professionals have been the pre-dominant customers of TNCD, and already 50% of the units under this new project has been sold, Sanjana shared.
