Chief Guest, Perambalur District Sub Collector S. Gokul IAS said, "Braille, for the differently abled Training books are in short supply everywhere: Assessing potential candidates must change among all: Students should dream for the betterment of the society."


"Flowing Red blood is common for everyone. Hence Transgenders can also achieve world-class Records." Sub collector also said.


As a visually impaired person he shared on his successful completion of IAS and interacted with students on his administration of the District.


Dr.Karthika Devi translated the speech to sign language.
