C.R.I. Pumps Wins National Award for Export Excellence in Pumps Category

C.R.I. Pumps, a globally trusted brand in fluid management solutions, has been awarded the prestigious National Award for Export Excellence by the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) of India for the fiscal year 2022–2023.


Conferred in the “Pumps – Large Enterprise” category at the 55th National Export Awards, this recognition marks C.R.I.’s 22nd EEPC Award, reinforcing the company’s stature as a benchmark for engineering and export excellence.


The award was presented by Shri Ashish Minal Babaji Shelar, Honorable minister of information technology & cultural affairs, Government of India, in recognition of C.R.I. 's outstanding contribution to India’s export performance.

This national recognition adds to C.R.I.’s expanding legacy of excellence, which includes 8 National Energy Conservation Awards and a wide range of international certifications, including CE, UL, ISO, and NSF. The company’s fluid management solutions are trusted in major projects worldwide, for various applications.


CRI Solar division, a frontrunner in renewable energy-driven water solutions, has commissioned over 181000 solar pumping systems, solar pumps and IOT enabled smart pumps so far. These initiatives have contributed to energy savings exceeding 6100 million kWh and helped avoid over 4.8 million tons of CO2 emissions.


Recently CRI solar division has secured significant orders from Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA), Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency (HAREDA), and Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA) for the supply, installation, and commissioning of 6,894 solar pumping systems, cumulatively valued at ₹210 crores. These prestigious orders represent a unified effort to strengthen sustainable irrigation infrastructure across India’s agricultural heartlands.
