OPPO has launched the K13 Turbo Pro 5G and K13 Turbo 5G smartphones, marking India’s first smartphones to feature a built-in cooling fan. Designed for gamers and power users, both models include OPPO's self-developed Storm Engine, a 7000mAh battery, 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, and a 1.5K AMOLED 120Hz display. The active and passive cooling system delivers sustained high performance during intensive tasks like gaming and multitasking.
The K13 Turbo Pro 5G is priced from ₹37,999 and goes on sale from 15 August 2025, while the K13 Turbo 5G starts at ₹27,999 and will be available from 18 August 2025 via Flipkart, OPPO India e-store, and retail outlets. Pre-bookings began on August 11, with effective prices dropping to ₹24,999 and ₹34,999 during launch offers, which include ₹3,000 discounts and No Cost EMI options.
At the heart of the cooling innovation is the Storm Engine, which delivers 220% more airflow than traditional smartphone fans and reduces temperatures by 2–4°C during heavy use. The system features a micro centrifugal fan spinning at 18,000 RPM, 0.1mm ultra-thin blades, and an IPX9/IPX8/IPX6 waterproof design. It’s 70% smaller than traditional cooling modules, enabling OPPO to fit a 7000mAh battery without increasing thickness.
Alongside the smartphones, OPPO also introduced the OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro at ₹1,799, offering long battery life and rich sound. With a focus on mobile gaming and performance, OPPO’s K13 Turbo series aims to redefine mid-range smartphones, making flagship-grade performance and innovation more accessible to Indian users.
