The GCC Next Summit 2025, presented by Kreateworks and co-presented by Guidance Tamil Nadu and DLF, concluded on a high note at the Chennai Trade Center, with over 900+ CIOs, CXOs, and senior GCC leaders in attendance from across Tamil Nadu and the rest of India. The summit provided a dynamic platform to explore the theme: “Future-Ready GCCs: How AI is Reshaping Global Capability Centers.”

Thiru T.R.B. Rajaa, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Investment Promotion & Commerce, Government of Tamil Nadu, presided over the summit, setting an inspiring tone with his fireside chat and audience engagement, which created an electric atmosphere and laid a strong foundation for the future of GCCs in the state. In his address, Minister T.R.B. Rajaa emphasized that Tamil Nadu must become a product-first state, stating, “We must build from the front, not follow. And to every global company evaluating India, my invitation is open—come test Tamil Nadu, spend time at the Guidance office, work from here for free, and see the difference.”

He further highlighted that the backbone of Tamil Nadu’s growth story is its women, drawing on the Dravidian legacy of empowerment and inclusion. His remarks resonated deeply with the audience, positioning Tamil Nadu not only as a cost-effective destination but as a future-facing innovation hub.

During the summit, Minister T.R.B. Rajaa released two key reports: The Tamil Nadu GCC Insights Report, offering strategic analysis and emerging trends, and The GCC Playbook, curated by Kreateworks and RMZ, to guide enterprises on future-ready operations.

Karthikeyan Selvaraj, CEO of Kreateworks, opened the summit by stating, “Summits like GCC Next are more than events—they’re catalysts. They bring together voices shaping the global enterprise narrative and showcase how GCCs are unlocking value through talent, technology, and leadership. And there's no better canvas for this than Tamil Nadu, where policy, people, and purpose converge.”

The GCC Next Awards 2025 recognized excellence across the ecosystem, with winners including Mr. Cooper Group as Pathfinder 2025, Ashley India as Young Achiever, TransUnion as GCC Multi-Locational Leader 2025, and RNTPCI as GCC India Champion of the GCC Ecosystem. With deep-dive panels, policy dialogues, and tech-forward showcases, the GCC Next Summit 2025 reaffirmed that the GCC story is only beginning—and it’s being written in Tamil Nadu.
