In a heartfelt moment ahead of its release, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar met the team of Krishnavataram Part 1: The Heart and praised the film, calling it a “super hit.” Later, at a global satsang hosted by Art of Living Foundation in Bengaluru, he officially unveiled the film’s trailer along with its latest song Krishna Govinda, blending devotion, music, and cinema on a global platform attended by thousands and streamed across 130 countries.
The event was graced by lead actors Siddharth Gupta (Lord Krishna) and Sanskruti Jayana, along with producer Sajan Raj Kurup, all of whom received Sri Sri’s blessings. Directed by Hardik Gajjar, the film is produced by Sajan Raj Kurup and Shobha Sant under Creativeland Studios Entertainment, in association with Poonam Shroff and Parth Gajjar of Athashrikatha Motion Pictures.
Krishnavataram Part 1: The Heart (Hridayam) traces the divine journey of Lord Krishna from Vrindavan to Dwarka, highlighting his eternal bond with Radha and his many roles as lover, philosopher, and protector. The film stars Sushmitha Bhat (Radha) and Nivaashiyni Krishnan (Rukmani), with music by Prasad S and lyrics by Irshad Kamil. Cinematography is handled by Ayananka Bose and production design by Chokkas Bhaardwaj. Distributed worldwide by AA Films with music on Saregama, the film is set for a global theatrical release on May 7.
