Annapurna Muhim, the humanitarian initiative guided by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, has marked a major milestone by expanding its welfare activities into South India through a comprehensive housing and family support project in Villupuram, Tamil Nadu. The beneficiary family has been provided with a newly constructed home and will continue to receive ration assistance, medical care, and educational support for children until they achieve self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
The Villupuram project represents Annapurna Muhim’s first major expansion in South India and follows assistance already extended to more than 10 needy families in the region. This initiative builds on the organization’s extensive humanitarian work across North India, where it has impacted over 1 million lives, supported 2.5 lakh families, donated 1 million units of blood, assisted more than 500 flood-affected villages, provided over 1,000 homes, and planted 5 million trees.
Reflecting Annapurna Muhim’s commitment to creating lasting change rather than temporary relief, the project integrates housing, food security, healthcare, and education into a single support framework. As the initiative strengthens its presence in Tamil Nadu and across South India, it aims to expand its reach and provide dignity, stability, and opportunity to many more underprivileged families in the years ahead—serving humanity, restoring dignity, and transforming lives.
