Print Expo Chennai and Media Expo Chennai 2026 will return with their largest editions to date, underscoring the rapid evolution of South India's print, packaging, signage and visual communications industries. To be held from July 9–11 at the Chennai Trade Centre, the twin exhibitions will bring together over 200 exhibitors, 400-plus brands and more than 550 products and solutions across 11,000 sq m of exhibition space.
The exhibitions have expanded by 20% this year, with organisers adding a new exhibition hangar after exhibitor demand resulted in a sold-out show floor. The growth highlights South India's increasing appetite for next-generation printing, packaging, branding and display technologies.
Exhibitors will showcase the latest innovations in digital printing, print finishing, workflow automation, UV coating, RFID and security printing, alongside LED displays, digital signage, premium graphic media and advanced branding solutions. Live product demonstrations will offer visitors insights into technologies that improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
Print Expo Chennai will feature leading companies including Canon, Epson, Fujifilm, HP, Konica Minolta, Xerox and Monotech Systems, while Media Expo Chennai will host major players such as Britomatics, Mehta Cad Cam, Negi Sign Systems and Lipi Marketing. The integration of Sign India Expo Chennai further broadens the event's scope by bringing together stakeholders from printing, signage, retail branding and outdoor advertising.
Expected to draw printers, converters, advertisers, brand owners and signage professionals from across the region, the exhibitions aim to serve as a key platform for technology adoption, business networking and industry collaboration in South India's fast-growing print and visual communications market.
