KL University has collaborated with Salesforce to establish a Tableau Lab aimed at strengthening students’ data literacy, analytical thinking and AI skills. The industry-academia initiative will provide students with practical exposure to enterprise analytics and AI-powered Tableau capabilities.
The Lab will offer students hands-on learning through industry datasets, business case simulations, dashboard creation, predictive insights and data-driven storytelling. Students across undergraduate, postgraduate and research programmes will also gain exposure to Tableau Agent and Tableau Pulse, along with opportunities to build analytics portfolios and receive joint course-completion certificates from Salesforce and KL University.
Romil Agarwal, VP – Sales, Salesforce India, said that as AI becomes increasingly integrated into data-driven decision-making, data fluency is becoming an essential skill for the future workforce. He added that the collaboration with KL University will provide students with practical exposure to how data and AI can be used to address business challenges and develop skills for an increasingly AI-driven economy.
