Zelio E-Mobility, an electric two- and three-wheeler manufacturer, plans to add more than 150 new dealers across South India by FY2027, including around 30 new dealerships in Kerala. The expansion is aimed at strengthening the company’s retail presence and supporting the adoption of electric vehicles in the region.
Zelio currently has a network of more than 400 dealers across over 25 states. With the planned expansion, the company expects its overall dealership network to exceed 550 outlets by FY2027. The company said a wider retail network will support product accessibility, local customer engagement and after-sales service.
Commenting on the expansion, Kunal Arya, Managing Director, Zelio E-Mobility, said South India represents an important market for electric mobility, with customers increasingly evaluating technology, ownership experience, value and after-sales support. He added that the company is focusing on strengthening its relationships with dealer partners and providing them with the capabilities, products and support required to build customer trust.
The expansion follows the opening of Zelio’s new manufacturing facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Spread across approximately 39,000 sq. ft., the facility will support electric scooter assembly, storage, logistics and allied business operations.
Zelio E-Mobility recorded revenue of ₹313.68 crore in FY2025-26, an 81.8% year-on-year increase. Its revenue has registered a CAGR of 121% over the last four years. The company has remained profitable since inception. Following its BSE SME listing in October 2025, through which it raised ₹78.34 crore, Zelio has been expanding its manufacturing capacity, dealer network and workforce.
