In Erode on the occasion of June 14 World Blood Donation Day, a massive awareness rally was held yesterday on behalf of the Erode District Blood Donation Coordinators Federation and the Federation President Karthikeyan welcomed them. In the presence of Secretary Kaviarasu, Vice President Satish Kumar, Treasurer Mohanram, Dr.Senthil Kumar of Manian Medical Center and Palanichami and State Deputy Secretary of DMK Student Union Veeramani waved the flag.
More than 300 people participated in this event, students of various college-based country welfare programs, students of National Student Corps and blood donation coordinators of Erode district, blood donors and coordinators of the federation.
