AG&P Pratham, a leading player in the Indian City Gas Distribution (CGD) industry, conducted the Green Vellore- CNG Rally which started from Gandhi Statue near Vellore Fort and traversed across other key localities leading back to the starting point.
The rally witnessed various CNG-powered vehicles ranging from mini-LCVs, private cars and autos promoting sustainable mobility for the future in the district. The rally was flagged off in the presence of dignitaries such as Shri Kumaravel Pandian - IAS District Collector- Vellore, Ms. Sujatha - Mayor, Mr. Thirunavukarasu - DSP, Mr. Venkatesan - RTO, Ms. Kavitha - RDO, Mr. Manickam - Motor Vehicle Inspector and Mr. K R Venkatesan, Regional GA Head - Vellore & Kolar GA, AG&P Pratham.
The rally included participation and support from various CNG-powered private and public transport vehicles ranging from LCVs, Cars and Autos. In its larger string of initiatives to fulfil its overarching goal of supporting India’s green energy journey, AG&P Pratham also announced its festive scheme offers where every customer who purchases a CNG-powered vehicles gets an AG&P Pratham FREE FUEL CARD upto 20% off. This offer is applicable for all vehicle ranges such as autos, taxis, mini-LCVs and LCVs across all associated OEM showrooms in Vellore.

AG&P Pratham holds 12 CGD licenses awarded by the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) to exclusively provide natural gas for everyday use in 37 Districts in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Rajasthan.
