At Sri Vasavi College, Erode the college day annual function was celebrated on Thursday, 28.03.2024 at 10.15 am. College Principal (i/c) Dr. A. Thamaraikannan read out the annual report and College Secretary Rotarian Thiru. N.Sathasivam delivered the presidential address. Former Secretary Smt. Himavathi Sathasivam delivered the keynote address.
Coimbatore Bharathiar University, Registrar (i/c) Dr. Ms. Rupa Gunaseelan graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and felicitated the retiring professors and staff. Director of Roots Group of Companies, Coimbatore, Dr. Kavithasan participated as the Guest of Honour and give away the special prizes to the students who secured rank at the University level.
On this occasion, shields and appreciation letters were distributed to the Professors who have served for 25 years and have completed their service. Scholarships were given to 43 students and certificates and awards were distributed to students who excelled in academics, sports, NCC and National Service Schemes.
The Principal, Professors, Non-Teaching Staffs and students graced the occasion.
