Locks & Architectural Solutions, a business of the Godrej Group, is strengthening its leadership position in home safety and architectural hardware, with revenue expected to reach ₹1,400 crore by FY26. This marks a 12–14% year-on-year growth from an estimated ₹1,250 crore in FY25, driven largely by rising adoption of digital and connected security solutions across India.

The business has reported steady performance across its diversified portfolio. While traditional locks continue to form the core segment, Architectural Solutions has emerged as a fast-growing vertical aligned with premium interiors and modern infrastructure. Digital locks remain the standout category, growing at around 30% annually, significantly outpacing mechanical locks, reflecting consumer preference for smart, keyless, and connected home security solutions.

Godrej’s portfolio spans a wide range of mechanical locks, including padlocks, rim locks, deadbolts, cylindrical locks, shutter locks, and pentabolts, alongside an expanding digital locks range. Its Neo Digital Locks, priced from ₹8,999 onwards, aim to make smart security accessible to a broader audience, offering PIN, biometric, RFID, mobile app access, and mechanical key override, along with advanced safety features. The premium GSLD1 further strengthens the lineup with seven-in-one access, cloud integration, and remote monitoring.

E-commerce and quick commerce channels are gaining traction, currently contributing 3.5–4% of revenues and expected to rise to 11–12% by FY28. Godrej Locks now serves over 13,000 PIN codes, strengthening its reach beyond metros into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

The company continues to expand its Har Ghar Surakshit initiative, now in its ninth year. The 2025 edition introduced the “Accidental Invitation” campaign, highlighting risks of digital oversharing through a first-of-its-kind Accidental Invitation App. To date, over 170,000 home safety check-ups have been conducted nationwide.

Commenting on the performance, Shyam Motwani, Business Head, Locks & Architectural Solutions, Godrej Enterprises Group, said the business is well positioned for sustained growth, aligned with its vision of doubling revenues to ₹2,500 crore by 2028.
