Alumni meet by 1976-1979 B.Com students of commerce department of Annamalai university was held on 04.11.2024. The vice-chancellor of Annamalai University Dr. RM. Kathiresan declared open and delivered inaugural address.
The Dean Faculty of Arts Dr.K Vijayarani offered the presidential address. The Dean Faculty of Engineering and Technology & The Director Centre for Alumni Relations Annamalai University Dr. C. Karthikeyan delivered felicitation address. The members of Alumni 1976-1979 B.Com batch Dr. S. Sasikala, Nallasiriyar G. Thirunavukkarasu & Mr. S. Gurunathan had given alumni remarks. The professor and Head Department of commerce Dr. K. Padhmanaban welcomed the gatherings. Former Professor and Head Dr. G. Vasanthi delivered formal vote of thanks.
The Alumni batch donated Rs. 4 lakhs for renovation of lecture hall in the second floor.
