Erode TexValley is transforming into a grand Fortune City. TexValley will now be part of this Fortune City, which is set to host not only a tidel Park but also a massive shopping hub. The malls will feature international-standard outlets of leading brands, supermarkets, co-living spaces, fine dining restaurants, food courts, a vast charging station capable of powering 120 cars simultaneously, multiplex cinemas, a mega game zone for children, wedding and meeting halls, corporate offices, and premium residential complexes developed by top real estate promoters.
The project aims to create a complete city experience in Erode. Construction began in March 2026 and is progressing rapidly, with completion targeted within one year.
The first phase introduces the spectacular “Yara” Hypermarket, designed on the scale of Dubai and Singapore. More than 15 international brands will open new outlets. A dedicated “Relax Fun Zone” spread across 18,000 square feet will delight children. Corporate workplaces ranging from 2-seater cabins to 300-seater offices will be available on monthly rentals. A food court with 500 seats will offer diverse cuisines. Parking facilities will accommodate 3,000 cars and 3,000 two-wheelers.
The second phase will feature South India’s renowned vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants, an international-standard resto-bar, a modern wedding hall, and digital precision multiplex theaters. A mega fast-charging station will allow 120 cars to charge simultaneously. For the first time, a dedicated wedding shopping zone will be introduced, along with countless other amenities designed to meet every need of the people.
Fortune City is envisioned as a landmark development, bringing together commerce, entertainment, lifestyle, and corporate infrastructure under one roof, redefining Erode’s urban experience.
