Nippon Paint India Names Jenender Anand to Lead Automotive Refinish & Allied Growth

Nippon Paint India, part of the NIPSEA Group—Asia Pacific’s No.1 paint and coatings manufacturer—has appointed Mr. Jenender Anand as Vice President, Nippon Paint India Automotive Refinish (NPIAR). He will lead the Automotive Refinish portfolio across India, including Nippon Paint Nepal and Nippon Paint IndoKote, providing strategic direction and governance. Mr. Anand will report to Mr. Sharad Malhotra, Managing Director, Nippon Paint (India) Group, as the company strengthens its ‘India-first’ leadership structure and unified operating model.


Welcoming the appointment, Mr. Sharad Malhotra said Mr. Anand’s deep experience across automotive and industrial ecosystems will help scale the Automotive Refinish, Nepal, and IndoKote businesses under a disciplined framework. With over 32 years of experience across marketing, operations, business development, and OEM engagement, Mr. Anand has held senior roles at Svarn Group, Exxon Mobil Lubricants India, Goodyear India, MRF Tyres, Shriram Pistons & Rings, and Revolt Motors. Mr. Anand said he looks forward to driving operational excellence, customer alignment, and sustainable revenue growth.
