Located on the bypass road in Chinnalapatti, Cheran Vidhyalaya Matric Higher Secondary School has become one of the most preferred educational institutions among parents for enrolling their children from Classes 1 to 12.
The school has consistently maintained a strong academic reputation in the Athoor constituency region by achieving 100 percent results in both Class 10 and Class 12 public examinations. In the recently announced Class 12 public examination results, the students of the school once again achieved outstanding success. The school has now completed 19 consecutive years of securing a 100 percent pass result, creating a hat-trick achievement in the constituency.
Among the toppers, student A. Arotonia secured first place with 577 out of 600 marks. Student N. Jagathkumar secured second place with 555 marks, while V. Kikshor secured third place with 553 marks.
School trustee M. Sivakumar and trustee-cum-treasurer N. Thilagam honoured the top-ranking students with prizes and sweets to celebrate their achievement. Trustees J. Alfred Eng, P. Bharathiraja, and C. Abishek also congratulated the students.
Speaking on the school’s continuous success, trustee and treasurer N. Thilagam said the achievement was possible because of the dedicated efforts of teachers, the learning abilities of students, and the strong cooperation of parents. He also noted that many former students of the school are now serving as doctors and engineers.
