Samsung has launched the fifth edition of its flagship innovation programme, ‘Samsung Solve for Tomorrow’, aimed at empowering young innovators in India to develop technology-led solutions for real-world challenges. Marking 30 years in India, Samsung has expanded the programme significantly in line with the #DigitalIndia vision, with incubation grants worth ₹2 crore for the top four winning teams at IIT Delhi.
The 2026 edition invites students aged 14–22 to submit ideas under four themes — AI Living for India, Health & Education, Environmental Sustainability, and Sport & Tech. The six-month programme will offer mentorship, prototyping support, investor connects, workshops, and training. The top 20 teams will receive ₹20 lakh, while the top 40 teams will get ₹8 lakh, Samsung devices, and mentorship support.
Speaking at the launch, JB Park said the initiative reflects Samsung’s commitment to strengthening India’s innovation ecosystem and taking innovation deeper into Bharat. Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood, Prof. Rangan Banerjee, and Dr. Sapna Poti also highlighted the programme’s role in nurturing future entrepreneurs and technology-driven problem solvers.
