Škoda Auto India has unveiled a comprehensive update to its second-generation Škoda Kodiaq line-up for 2026, further strengthening the luxury SUV’s appeal with enhanced technology, differentiated variants and a sharper focus on customer preferences.
The refreshed Kodiaq range follows the introduction of the new Škoda Kushaq and continues the company’s strong product momentum in India. Originally launched in April 2025 in Sportline and Selection L&K trims, the Kodiaq line-up was later expanded with the Lounge variant. For 2026, the SUV now offers three distinct versions catering to buyers seeking accessibility, sporty character or premium luxury.
Speaking on the update, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Škoda Auto India, said the enhancements are aimed at making the Kodiaq suitable for every luxury 4x4 aspiration while reinforcing the brand philosophy of “Luxury, As It Should Be.”
The new Kodiaq Lounge has been introduced as the most accessible variant in the range. Configured as a five-seater, it offers a spacious 786-litre boot and retains the SUV’s key strengths, including the 2.0-litre TSI petrol engine, seven-speed DSG automatic transmission and all-wheel-drive capability. The cabin features Grey Suedia upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, three-zone climate control and additional acoustic insulation.
The Škoda Kodiaq Sportline receives major upgrades with the addition of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Assist, blind-spot monitoring and Rear Traffic Alert. It also gains features such as the 360-degree Area View Camera and illuminated front grille strip, previously exclusive to the top-end trim. Glossy black styling elements and sporty interiors continue to define the Sportline’s character.
Meanwhile, the Škoda Kodiaq Selection L&K remains the flagship luxury offering with Cognac leather upholstery, Ergo seats with massage and ventilation functions, and the complete ADAS package.
The updated Kodiaq continues with a 2.0 TSI engine producing 150kW power and 320Nm torque. Built on the MQB37 platform, the SUV is assembled at Škoda Auto India’s Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar facility.
The Kodiaq Lounge is priced at ₹36.99 lakh, Sportline at ₹44.99 lakh and Selection L&K at ₹46.99 lakh (ex-showroom India).
