In an impressive demonstration of coordination and teamwork, the personnel assembled in formations resembling yoga-themed patterns on the parade ground and performed yoga exercises together. The event was organized to create awareness about this year's International Yoga Day theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing.”

The programme was attended by senior officials, including Justin Robert, Deputy Inspector General of ITBP.

Yoga training for the participants was conducted by Dr. V. Thangam, BNYS, Assistant Medical Officer from the Yoga and Naturopathy Department of the Sivaganga Government Medical College Hospital.
