Crizac Limited has announced a strategic investment in Edument Consultancy Private Limited, the company behind ForeignAdmits, marking a significant step in its journey to create a comprehensive, technology-led international student mobility ecosystem.

The investment will enhance Crizac’s capabilities beyond student recruitment by integrating AI-powered solutions for education financing and visa preparation. ForeignAdmits, which has assisted more than 100,000 students and enabled over ₹1,500 crore in education loans, will continue to operate independently while leveraging Crizac’s global reach and institutional partnerships.

With a network spanning more than 400 institutions across key study destinations including the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, Crizac aims to provide counselling partners and students with a more seamless end-to-end experience. The addition of ForeignAdmits’ technology platforms—LoanMonk and VisaMonk—further strengthens this proposition.

LoanMonk, India’s first pre-admission loan eligibility engine, has completed over 80,000 assessments through partnerships with more than 17 lenders, helping students understand financing options early in their study-abroad journey. VisaMonk, an AI-powered visa interview preparation platform, has supported over 3,000 students worldwide and received international recognition for innovation in student recruitment.

Commenting on the development, Dr. Vikash Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of Crizac Limited, said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to anticipating evolving student needs through technology and innovation.

As part of the integration, ForeignAdmits Founder and CEO Nikhil Jain will join Crizac as Chief Product & Marketing Officer, leading product strategy and brand growth as the combined platform expands its global footprint.
