Delhivery has launched Abhayam, a comprehensive benefits program for its nearly 1 lakh frontline workforce across India, marking the company's 15th anniversary on 22 June 2026. The initiative aims to provide greater financial security, healthcare support, and career development opportunities for delivery personnel and other frontline workers.
Under the program, employees will receive accident insurance coverage of up to ₹15 lakh, family health insurance of up to ₹5 lakh, income support during hospitalization, and access to discounted medicines. The benefits also extend to families, including health coverage for spouses and up to two children, access to personal loans, children's scholarships, and vocational training opportunities for spouses and daughters.
According to Suraj Saharan, Executive Director and Chief HR Officer, Delhivery, the company's frontline workforce has helped deliver nearly 5 billion shipments over the past 15 years. In addition to protection and family security, Abhayam offers access to the National Pension System (NPS), financial assistance for higher education, and early wage access, helping workers build long-term financial stability and career growth.
