Hero FinCorp Collaborates with Salesforce to Accelerate Loan Processing with Agentforce

Salesforce, the world’s leading Agentic CRM platform, has partnered with Hero FinCorp, one of India’s leading diversified NBFCs, to transform loan processing through Agentforce. By deploying Agentforce, Data 360, MuleSoft, Agentforce Sales, and Agentforce Service, Hero FinCorp has automated critical stages of the lending journey, including document verification, application validation, credit checks, e-signatures, and loan disbursal, enabling faster and more efficient credit access for customers.


The partnership has delivered significant business outcomes, with Hero FinCorp reducing two-wheeler loan processing turnaround time by 72% and enabling 92% of loan applications to be processed through Agentforce-powered workflows. The company has also eliminated 77% of Not In Good Order (NIGO) cases at the sales stage, helping reduce delays and improve the customer experience. The solution currently supports 6,461 dealers across India, strengthening dealer relationships while expanding access to credit.
