The JITO Erode Chapter, supported by Anand Chemiceutics Pvt. Ltd., has announced that the International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2026 celebrations at Erode Public School CBSE will feature a landmark initiative involving the plantation and distribution of more than 100,000 saplings across Erode District.
This eco-friendly program is designed to combine the values of physical and mental well-being with environmental conservation, ensuring that the spirit of Yoga is celebrated alongside a commitment to sustainability. The initiative will extend beyond Erode, with local drives planned throughout Tamil Nadu and across India, thereby creating a nationwide movement for ecological balance.
The leadership of the JITO Erode Chapter is spearheading this effort under the guidance of Chairman Gautam Bhotra, Chief Secretary Vipul Chandaliya, and Conveners Sanjay Jain and Shri Rajesh Kochar (JITO World).
By integrating Yoga with environmental stewardship, the JITO Erode Chapter aims to inspire communities to embrace both personal wellness and collective responsibility for a greener future.
