Suzuki Motorcycle India Strengthens Rider Connect with GIXXER Pit Stop in Kumbakonam

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the Indian two-wheeler arm of Suzuki Motor Corporation, successfully organized the GIXXER Pit Stop customer engagement event in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, attracting more than 130 motorcycle enthusiasts from across the region.


Held at S.E.T Mahal, the event brought together Suzuki riders and motorcycle enthusiasts for a day dedicated to performance riding, community interaction, and brand engagement. Participants were given an opportunity to experience the capabilities of Suzuki’s GIXXER series through specially curated test rides, while also connecting with fellow riders and members of the growing Suzuki riding community.


The initiative is part of Suzuki Motorcycle India’s efforts to strengthen customer engagement and promote experiential interaction with its products beyond traditional dealership touchpoints.


Speaking on the occasion, Deepak Mutreja, Vice-President – Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India, said that the company believes the best way to understand a motorcycle is by experiencing it on the road. He noted that the GIXXER Pit Stop platform has evolved into a meaningful avenue for bringing riders together and showcasing the performance strengths of the GIXXER range.


“The encouraging response from enthusiasts across cities motivates us to expand this initiative further and create more opportunities for riders to connect, engage and celebrate their love for motorcycling,” he said.


The successful Kumbakonam edition further underscores Suzuki’s focus on building stronger relationships with customers and fostering a vibrant motorcycling culture across India.
