Aeetus Enterprises LLP has launched VAAA Super Foods, a premium food brand focused on delivering authentic, GI-tagged, single-origin ingredients to Indian consumers. Founded by Vinayak Kotekar and Ashwitha Kotekar, VAAA (Verified Authentic Assured Aromatic) aims to bring export-grade quality, purity and traceability to Indian kitchens. The products are available on Amazon India and the brand’s website.
The brand’s launch portfolio includes Lakadong Turmeric Powder from Meghalaya’s Jaintia Hills, known for its high natural curcumin content; Byadagi Chilli Powder from Karnataka, renowned for its deep red colour and low pungency; and Gulbarga Toor Dal from Kalaburagi, valued for its soft texture and quick-cooking qualities. All products are sourced directly from their GI-recognised regions and undergo purity testing before reaching consumers.
According to Vinayak Kotekar, VAAA was created to bridge the gap between the high-quality ingredients India exports and those commonly available in the domestic market. By focusing on authenticity, regional heritage and chemical-free sourcing, VAAA Super Foods aims to meet the growing demand for clean-label, traceable and premium food products in India.
