Axis Trustee Services Limited (ATSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Axis Bank and one of India's leading trustee and fiduciary services providers, has inaugurated its new office in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) to strengthen its presence in India's growing international financial services ecosystem. The office was inaugurated by Pradeep Ramakrishnan, Executive Director, International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), in the presence of Mr. Bipin Saraf, Chairman, Axis Trustee Services Limited, and Rahul Choudhary, Managing Director & CEO, Axis Trustee Services Limited.
The new GIFT City office will enhance ATSL's ability to support financial institutions, fund managers, issuers, investors and cross-border transactions through specialised trustee, agency and fiduciary services. It will expand the company's offerings across Debt Capital Markets, Facility Agency, Security Trustees, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Escrow Agency services and other governance-led solutions within the IFSC ecosystem.
Speaking on the occasion, Bipin Saraf said the expansion reflects ATSL's long-term commitment to supporting GIFT City's growth as a global financial hub through trusted fiduciary services and strong governance. Rahul Choudhary added that the new office strengthens ATSL's capability to serve clients with regulatory expertise and technology-driven execution. The inauguration was followed by a roundtable conclave led by Pradeep Ramakrishnan, where industry leaders discussed cross-border financial opportunities, governance frameworks and the future growth of GIFT City.
