Shakti Pumps (India) Limited, India's leading solar pump manufacturer, has partnered with Salesforce to accelerate its AI-led digital transformation and strengthen its position as a comprehensive agri-tech company. The collaboration will unify sales, service, marketing, dealer management, and field operations on Salesforce's AI-powered Agentforce platform, enabling improved farmer engagement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
As part of the initiative, Shakti Pumps will deploy Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service, Agentforce Marketing, Consumer Goods Cloud, Salesforce for Field Service, Tableau Next, Agentforce Vibes, and Agentforce for Education. Managing Director Ramesh Patidar said the partnership is a strategic step toward building a connected, future-ready enterprise, while Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) Rajesh Potdar highlighted AI's role in making agriculture more resilient, productive, and sustainable.
Vinay Bhat, Regional Vice President, Salesforce India, said the partnership will help Shakti Pumps create smarter operations and better customer experiences by unifying AI, data, applications, and people on Salesforce's trusted platform. Looking ahead, Shakti Pumps plans to extend Salesforce across its group companies—Shakti Energy Solutions, Shakti Irrigation, Shakti EV Mobility, and Shakti Education Trust—supported by Agentforce and MuleSoft to build a unified digital ecosystem for long-term growth.
