Vedasandur Town Panchayat Felicitates Retiring Employee

A retirement felicitation ceremony was organised for Amudhu, who retired from service at the Vedasandur Town Panchayat. Town Panchayat Chairperson Meghala Karthikeyan honoured the retiree by presenting a ceremonial shawl, while Executive Officer Sagay Antony Eugene handed over the official retirement order and congratulated Amudhu for his dedicated service.


Amudhu, a native of Chinnalapatti in Dindigul district, began his government service at the Chinnalapatti Town Panchayat. He later served as a Junior Assistant at the Thadikombu and Vedasandur Town Panchayats before retiring from service.


The felicitation programme was organised by the Town Panchayat Employees' Association and was presided over by Executive Officer Sagay Antony Eugene.


Speaking on the occasion, Tamil Nadu Town Panchayats Employees' Association District Secretary Sasikumar praised Amudhu for maintaining cordial relationships with colleagues throughout his career and wished him a happy and fulfilling retired life.


The event was attended by Head Clerk Allimuthu, Sanitary Inspector Pothum Ponnu, Ward No. 2 Councillor Karpagam, Town Panchayat employees, and several others.
