Boeing has announced the seven winning teams of the fifth edition of its Boeing University Innovation Leadership Development (BUILD) 2026 program in India. The winners are Aerosearch Technologies, Alkamy Carbon, DIASOL Pvt. Ltd., EarthSprint Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Oreejoy MedTech Pvt. Ltd., StelX Dynamics, and SWRN Systems Pvt. Ltd. Each team will receive a grant of ₹10 lakh, along with continued mentorship and support from Boeing and its incubator partners to develop their innovations into market-ready business solutions.
Speaking on the announcement, Salil Gupte, President, Boeing India and South Asia, said BUILD has helped connect entrepreneurs, incubators, investors, and academia, creating opportunities for innovative ideas to grow into real-world businesses. Stacie Sire, Vice President and Managing Director, Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center, said the program enables young innovators to refine their ideas through engineering mentorship and collaboration with Boeing experts.
The winning teams are Aerosearch Technologies (Vineet Kotariya, Dr. Manoj Kumar, Abhinav Tiwari – FITT Delhi); Alkamy Carbon (Rushil Hari Koppaka, Rishi Rathi – SINE, IIT Bombay); DIASOL Pvt. Ltd. (Vamsi Krishna Komarala, Silajit Manna, Arnab Jyoti Mandal – FITT Delhi); EarthSprint Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Ayush Kale, Divya Kale – SINE, IIT Bombay); Oreejoy MedTech Pvt. Ltd. (Prof. Uttama Lahiri, Dr. Neelesh Sharma – IIEC Gandhinagar); StelX Dynamics (Kartik Pandey, Muskan Ahlawat – T-Hub Hyderabad); and SWRN Systems Pvt. Ltd. (Vedang Dwivedi, Vinayak Vinneth – FSID, IISc Bengaluru). Over the past five years, BUILD has received more than 7,000 applications and supported 35+ startups across aerospace, defence, technology, sustainability, and social impact sectors.
