Jagadeeswari personally met residents in Sitharavuthanpalayam, Goundachipudur, Samathur and Balasubramaniyam Nagar, among other areas, and appealed to them to support Sathyabama. Residents gave her an enthusiastic reception, while women and youth interacted with the Minister during the campaign.
During the campaign, residents brought to her notice several issues affecting their localities, including drinking water shortages and the need for adequate irrigation water for farmers.
After hearing their grievances, Jagadeeswari said steps would be taken to address the drinking water requirements of the people of Dharapuram constituency and the irrigation water needs of farmers.
She further assured the residents that their major demands would be taken up directly with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay and that discussions would be held with the concerned departments to expedite necessary action.
During the campaign, some residents also expressed their support by putting up stickers featuring Chief Minister Vijay and the whistle symbol on the doors of their houses.
