The Passam Foundation, operating from Erode, has released its official details regarding internal administrative measures, financial transparency, and the formation of its new executive committee.

At the time of its inception, the emblem designed by advisor K. Thirumalai Alagan was registered under the name of President R. Vipul. The registration office fees and the audit expenses for the first three years were personally borne by the President.

During administrative proceedings, President R. Vipul clarified that the differences of opinion expressed by S.A. Yasar Arafath concerning Treasurer E.S. Vasudevan were purely personal and had no connection with the foundation’s finances. For the sake of organizational harmony, both continued in their respective positions.

Later, during the expansion of the executive committee, Mani Maran was relieved from the organization as his unnecessary questions disrupted the peace of the meeting.

Addressing queries on financial transparency, President R. Vipul explained that all bank cheques operate only with the joint signatures of the President and either the Secretary or the Treasurer. Subsequently, all responsibilities and cheque books were handed over to S.A. Yasar Arafath.

After a brief period of inactivity, President R. Vipul updated all pending statutory documents of the foundation through online procedures. In response to members’ requests, he continues to serve as President to restart the foundation’s welfare activities.
