Annamalai University inked a MoU with Campus Technology to implementAI enabled data management software for quality enhancement. In order to improve its teaching-learning, assessment, accreditation, ranking, and other academic-related functions, Annamalai University has made a Memorandum of Understanding with Campus Technology, a portfolio company of the Times Internet, Times of India group.
In the presence of Dr.RM.Kathiresan, Vice-chancellor, Annamalai University, this MoU was inked on 02.05.2023 by Dr.R.Singaravel, Registrar and Mr.Suman Nandy, Director,Campus Technology.
As per this MoU, Campus Technology will provide its software support TQA (Total Quality Assessment), a specially designed module for automation at no cost of service. This ICT module is specially developed to assist government universities in quality management, quality improvement, and quality monitoring using an AI-enabled software. This software helps with data collection from all stakeholders using online software and mobile app, managing accreditation data, validation of data and documents through AI, linking to the website, creating status monitoring reports etc.
Further, Campus Tech would provide the university with an affiliation management software which will enable the affiliated colleges to upload data and documents to an integrated portal. This module is enabled with feedback, LMS, Blended learning, and Exam Management Systems also. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), College Development Council, and International and National Collaboration for Academic & Research in Annamalai university have made all arrangements for implementing this MoU.
