The Annai Fathima College of Arts and Science located in Alampatti, Thirumangalam, Madurai District and Madurai Zara Dentistry jointly organized a dental awareness camp as per the guidance of M. S. Sha, and Mrs. Shakila Sha, the Chairman and CEO of the college respectively.
Inaugurating the Special Dental Awareness Camp led by Dr. Afaque, Chief Medical Officer of Zara Dentistry and attended by four dentists and 15 assistants, College Principal Dr. Abdul Kadir said that healthy teeth are essential for our overall well being, proper facial structure and speech clarity. He also said that by brushing the teeth twice a day, morning and night, you can maintain the health of the teeth.
Dr. Afaque, Chief Medical Officer of Zara Dentistry, said that nowadays, the awareness about the dental has phenominally increased among the people and explained various ways to keep the teeth healthy. Dentists Jayabharathi, Karthiban, Ruby, Selva examined and advised the students. Earlier, Priya, a student of Hospital Management Department, delivered the welcome address.
The camp arrangements were made by the team of students led by the Head of Hospital Management Department Ms. Sowbia Banu, Professors Ponmail, Sasikala and students Archana, Devaneya, Kaleeshwari, Marcia Azmi, Priya, Shruti, Sameera, Kalaiyarasi, Simpson, Sherin, Geoffrey Morris, Alex, Abhishek Binnu, Sifan, Priyadarshan, Hari Krishna and Alex.
