Annamalai University celebrated Teachers' Day on 05.09.2024. at Sastri Hall at 11.30 AM Col. Prof. Dr. RM. Kathiresan, Vice-Chancellor, Annamalai University delivered the presidential address and congratulated the teachers and blessed the students.
The Chief Guest Dr. S. Arumugam, D.Sc., Vice-Chancellor, Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai delivered the Teachers' Day address and explained about Dr. S. Radhakrishnan's services to the nation and the importance of the Teachers' day, and distributed the certificate of appreciation to the Best Teachers selected from each Faculty and also to the Teachers who have completed thirty years of service.
Dr. Hamsa, Research Scholar, USA, thanked the University authorities and Faculty of Fine Arts for giving opportunity to get ideas and collection of literature from Music College.Dr. S. Kulasekara Perumal Pillai, Dean, Faculty of Education welcomed the gathering and Dr. M. Prakash, Controller of Examinations proposed the vote of thanks.
