Maruti Suzuki India Limited inaugurated its 5000th ARENA Service touchpoint (Service Center) in India, at Malumichampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This center is owned by Ambal Auto.
Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer (Service) and Takahiro Shiraishi, Executive VP (Service), Maruti Suzuki India Limited graced the occasion as the special guests in the presence of Asokan Muthusamy, MD; Aneesh Muthusamy, Vice President; Santhana Selvi and Shruthi Aneesh of Ambal Auto.
This service center is built on a 45,000 sq.ft area and has a strong team of well-trained technicians, who have completed their training from Ambal ITI and certified by Maruti Suzuki. It is equipped with 4 service bays and 4 body repair bays. The center can handle both services and accidental repairs under one roof. For vehicles that only require periodical services, it could be done in 120 minutes and be handed over to the customer on the same day.
It is also an EV-ready workshop, and it ready to provide the service support needed by Maruti Suzuki electric cars.With advanced tools and technology, it promises customers comprehensive and efficient service solutions.
With the new facility, Maruti Suzuki’s nationwide service network has expanded to over 5,640 touchpoints across 2,818 cities, including Arena and Nexa workshops, Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points (MSSSP), Rural Workshops, Service-on-Wheels, and Authorized Service Stations. In Tamil Nadu alone, the company now operates more than 400 service touchpoints, underscoring its focus on accessibility and customer satisfaction.
