A Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Training Programme for students of Classes 6 to 8 was jointly conducted at Saurashtra Girls Higher Secondary School, Madurai, by Madurai Inner Wheel Club – Madurai Sunshine and NRP Industrial Safety Services Group.
The programme was conducted in the presence of Inner Wheel Club of Madurai Sunshine President Dr. Gandhimathi Suresh, Secretary Ranjana, Coordinator Rufina Anupama, Past President Gowsalya and School Principal Rajeshwari.
As part of the programme, Ezhilarasan, Fire Prevention Trainer, provided the students with practical and easy-to-understand training on:

🔹 Basic fire safety precautions
🔹 Emergency response during a fire
🔹 Safe evacuation procedures
🔹 Correct methods of using fire extinguishers
🔹 Basic firefighting procedures
The session focused on creating fire safety awareness among young students and empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to respond safely during a fire emergency.
