Xiaomi Unveils 10 New Premium Service Centres Across India

Global technology leader Xiaomi announced the launch of 10 new Premium Service Centres across major Indian cities — including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad. The initiative sets a new benchmark in customer care and experience, reflecting Xiaomi’s “Customer First” philosophy. With plans to expand to 100 Premium Service Centres nationwide, the company aims to redefine after-sales service and bring world-class support closer to customers across India.


Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sudhin Mathur, Chief Operating Officer, Xiaomi India, said, “At Xiaomi, our goal has always been to build lasting connections with the people who trust us. Launching these Premium Service Centres strengthens that bond and elevates the customer experience in India. It’s a step towards listening, learning, and innovating for our users every day.” Designed to go beyond traditional service, these centres feature faster turnaround times — completing 95% of repairs within 24 hours — along with immersive comfort, bilingual assistance, and dedicated Customer Relationship Managers.


Going beyond repair services, Xiaomi’s new centres serve as experience hubs where customers can explore products, enjoy paperless operations, and join initiatives like ‘Xiaomi Days’ every Wednesday, offering free software upgrades and special service benefits. Centres in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Kolkata are already operational, while Chennai and Jaipur open today. The remaining centres in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Delhi will follow soon — reaffirming Xiaomi’s long-term commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and superior customer experiences across India.
