Rao Hospital, located in RS Puram and backed by over 70 years of medical excellence, continues to lead the way in women’s and children’s healthcare in Coimbatore. The hospital hosted its vibrant Super Kids 6th Edition in celebration of Children’s Day, concluding the event with tremendous energy as children showcased exceptional creativity, talent, and confidence across multiple competitions.
This year’s edition witnessed remarkable participation, with over 70 teams competing in the quiz round. The drawing competition brought together more than 240 budding artists, colouring their imagination with enthusiasm, while over 60 children dazzled the audience with their charming and creative costumes in the fancy dress segment.
A crowd favourite— the Baby Crawl Race — saw 25 adorable participants capturing hearts as they crawled their way to the finish line, cheered on by thrilled parents and spectators. Winners across every category were honoured with cash prizes and exciting gifts, encouraging children to continue exploring their passions with joy and confidence.
Adding depth to the celebration, parents attended an insightful panel discussion led by Rao Hospital’s own experts, Dr. Krishnasamy, Senior Consultant – Neonatology & Paediatrics, and Mrs. Babyshree, Lactation & Child Nutrition Specialist, who addressed essential topics related to child health, nutrition, growth, and overall wellbeing.
