The International Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) organized by Federation Of Indian Export Organisations and PIPDIC, Industries Department, Govt. of Puducherry concluded successfully on 31.10.2025 at Puducherry.
The two-day event (30th–31st October 2025) witnessed active participation from over 25 overseas buyers representing more than 16 countries, and over 320 MSMEs, Startups, exporters and artisans from various sectors including textiles, leather goods, ,Pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food processing .
Delivering the valedictory address, Shri A. Vikranth Raja, Secretary, Industrial Development, Trade & Commerce, Government of Puducherry expressed happiness over the success of the event and said that the Meet has opened new doors for local entrepreneurs to connect directly with international markets.
Over 500 structured B2B meetings were held and 50 business MoUs and sourcing agreements between buyers and sellers were signed. This may lead to around Rs 15.30 Crores additional export from Puducherry during the current financial year itself.
The two-day event successfully positioned Puducherry as a promising destination for global buyers seeking high-quality, value-added Indian products.
