A student of Avvaiyar Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Tenkasi has secured the district first rank in the Class 12 public examinations.
Student Sree Karthiyayini scored 585 marks out of 600 and achieved the first rank at both the school and district levels. Another student, Asmitha, scored 577 out of 600 and secured the third rank at the district level.
The school achieved an impressive 99.7% pass percentage in this year’s Higher Secondary public examinations, bringing pride to the school and the district. Students, parents, and teachers expressed happiness over the achievement.
Students Muthu Jothika and G.R. Mathivathani secured the third highest marks in the school by scoring 565 out of 600 each.
Tenkasi District Chief Educational Officer Renuka personally congratulated the students who secured district ranks. School Headmistress Jegatha, along with school management committee administrators and members, also conveyed their appreciation and congratulations to the students and teachers for their outstanding performance.
